| Quiet Rigs |
| |
|
This semi automatic drop hammer rig is mounted on a Bobcat X331 chassis.
It is powered by a Hatz clean burn diesel engine, is able to pass through a 1600mm opening and, as a 'QuietRig', only produces 84dBs of noise at about one metre radius.
This 'QuiteRig' is ideal when working in school and hospital environments, in church grounds or in suburban areas where noise nuisance can cause problems in the vicinity. Inside structures it is able to work in four metres headroom in standard configuration. This rig can provide piles capable of 300kN SWL at FoS 2.5, in the right ground conditions.
